Legend has it that the Tuscan Archipelago originated from a necklace that slipped from the neck of Venus, the goddess of beauty and love. As the string broke, seven pearls tumbled into the Tyrrhenian Sea, just off the Tuscan coast. Rather than sinking into the abyss, they gently landed on the surface between Italy and Corsica, giving rise to the breathtaking islands of the Tuscan Archipelago.
Seven islands, like our seven mini apartments, from which they take their name: Elba, Giglio, Capraia, Montecristo, Pianosa, Giannutri and Gorgona.
Ideal for both families and couples, they can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The floor space is generous - approx. 25 sqm. - with double balconies overlooking an inner courtyard surrounded by greenery. Three Mini Suites are located on the ground floor, the other three on the first floor.

Gorgona, Giannutri, Montecristo (approx. 25 sqm.), the two-room apartments on the ground floor, are ideal for families with small children due to the ease of access and have everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

Pianosa, Giglio, Capraia (approx. 25 sqm.), the two-room apartments on the first floor, are bright and airy but also practical for organising your own holiday in total autonomy, thanks to the separate kitchenette and well-distributed rooms.

The two-room apartment Elba (approx. 30 sqm.), with separate access to a terrace for exclusive use and a small terraced garden with fruit trees, is an ideal retreat for enjoying the sea and tranquillity.

The Mini Suites offer every comfort and the opportunity to tailor your holiday to your liking. They feature two separate entrances, double balconies, and overlook a communal courtyard adorned with fruit trees, white chairs, and tables, making it the perfect spot to seek shade during the hottest hours or unwind as the sun sets.
They consist of a living room with a sofa bed and a separate equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette has two hotplates, a refrigerator and a microwave oven.
Inside the apartment you will find: Wi-Fi, TV, hair dryer, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, dishes, moka, dishwashing liquid, general detergent, sponges, rubbish bags.
The price includes: water, electricity, gas, bed linen and towels with weekly change, kitchen linen, final cleaning.
Extras: parking, extra cleaning, change of bed linen and additional bathroom kit.
Check-in: 2:30 p.m. - Check-out 8:00-10:00 a.m.
EXTRA CHARGE
Breakfast buffet: € 15.00 per person per day.
DEPOSIT
Refundable deposit: € 100.00 per stay for any damage caused to the Mini Suites.
CONDITIONS
A 50% deposit is required by online payment, balance on the day of arrival during check-in.
PETS
Allowed only small animals with a small daily supplement of € 5 per day.
ADDITIONAL BABY BED OR COT
It is possible to add a cot and bed linen on request at an extra charge of € 7 per day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 14 days before the expected arrival, only the deposit will be retained. Late arrivals and early departures are charged for the entire stay.
